A Solid Mission
The mission of Energae, LP, is to provide services and expertise in the field of renewable energy in an effort to secure robust return on investments for shareholders of energy projects. This includes focusing on three key areas:
- Validating project feasibility
- Coordinating key players
- Raising investment capital
1. Validating project feasibility
The Energae team will extensively review and work with groups who are interested in producing a renewable energy and/or building a manufacturing plant. Some of the key ingredients to successful projects are to be vitally proactive in examining the impact on environment, ensuring necessary permits are met, analyzing cost of build-out and production, recommending necessary ownership to sustain the project, projecting revenue and return on investment.
2. Coordinating key players
Renewable energy projects continue to grow, however, to help ensure a project’s success, it is vital to have a team in place who are experts in various areas of project development and corporate management – customized for each specific project. These include: a government incentive expert, manufacturers and sub-contractors, equity drive director, branding and marketing coordinator, and a financial package manager.
3. Raising investment capital
Four primary areas of focus to maintain financial viability for projects are: documentation preparation and filing, conducting seed capital drives, equity drives and maintaining meticulous accounting standards. The Energae team is focused in serving as liaisons with organizations and individuals who want to make a difference in the renewable energy arena.
